Group Class Descriptions:

Pilates: A great class to help build strength in your core muscles for better posture, balance and flexibility.

Cardio Blast: Cardio Blast involves alternating low impact cardio exercises with classic combinations of strength moves. Provides benefits of cardio and strength in one class. Sculpt every muscle and blast fat with this step-by-step workout. With Cardio Blast – you’ll love the way you feel, you’ll love the way you sweat and you’ll love the calories you burn!

Zumba: Zumba® is a fun calorie-burning, body-energizing workout. Inspired by Latin dance and music, Zumba® uses a variety of styles in its routines. Zumba® focuses on improving muscle strength, posture, mobility, and cardio conditioning and targets areas such as the glutes, legs, arms, abdominals, and the heart. This class is designed for all fitness levels, no dance experience required.

Total Body: Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, Total Body gives you a total body workout. You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

Sweat Session: High impact cardio with strength training!

Progressive Power: Unlock your full potential with Progressive Power, a versatile fitness class designed to challenge and transform individuals at any level, from beginners to advanced. This class focuses on progressive growth, ensuring that you build strength and endurance at a pace that suits your personal fitness journey. In each session, you'll engage in a series of barre inspired movements that emphasize isolation and control, minimizing momentum to ensure that every movement is intentional and effective. By concentrating on specific muscle groups and maintaining strict form, you'll enhance muscle activation and improve overall strength.Whether you're just starting out or looking to push past a plateau, Progressive Power provides a supportive environment where you can advance at your own pace. Expect to leave each class feeling empowered and accomplished, with tangible progress toward your fitness goals. Join me every Wednesday at 5:30pm and experience a workout that adapts to your needs, promotes continuous improvement, and fosters a deeper connection with your body’s potential.

Bubble Butts & Biceps: A fun and engaging fitness class designed to sculpt and strengthen your glutes and arms. This class combines targeted exercises and is a great addition to your fitness routine.
