Jared Thompson, (aka J-Rod) operates Team Prodigy. Team Prodigy specializes in coaching competitive bodybuilding as well as general fitness. With 5 years experience in Personal Training, J-rod continues to make a difference in the lives of those he coaches. One on One Personal Training, Competition Prep, Diet Plans and Posing Lessons are just a few of the services he offers. In addition to his training, he has become a well known fixture around Premeire and has been a part of the staff since the doors open.
Tony Martin, specializes in general fitness and athletic sports training. He has 15+ years in the medical field and 6 years experience personal training clients of all ages and backgrounds. One on one or group training available.
Rachel Dudas began her fitness journey four years ago as a member at Premeire Fitness. Being surrouded by like-minded individuals who were in excellent shape motivated her to stay in the gym and be the best she could be. Her passion eventually became her job when she decided to get certified to help and inspire others. She is a NPC bikini competitor and took the overall bikini title and became nationally qualified in 2018.
Another huge part of her life and passion is Nutrition, She has lived a vegan lifestyle for almost 4 years. Her goal is to help people live healthier lifestyles in and out of the gym, and that all begins with nutrition, accountability and guidance. In addition to her personal training, she is also part of the staff at Premeire Lady.
DARYL YOUNG IFBB Pro Bodybuilder and Certified Personal Trainer
With 20 years experience in the fitness industry, Daryl Young, has the knowledge and experience to turn your fitness goals into reality. He has 15 years competing and 5 years experience competing nationally. He recently placed in the top 5 on national level and is currently pursuing his goal of earning his Pro Card. He specializes in competitive training, bodybuilding and overall general fitness, including but not limited to weight loss, strength training and endurance training. He enjoys all aspects of fitness, including meal planning. In addition to his training, he is the owner of So Fresh, So Clean Barber Shop where he has been a barber for 25+ years.
Mitch Rutherford has been personal training for 20+ years. He was a NPC Bodybuilding Competitor for 14 years and still enjoys supporting the sport. He specializes in Muscular Hypertrophy, Fat Loss and Body Transformation. He has many years experience in competitive or general meal planning.
Chris Ball is a 2nd degree black belt martial arts instructor specializing in Cardio Kickboxing including and striking combination, counters and self-defense with his Personal Protection Training System (P.P.T.). He spent 8 years in the Marine Corps, where four of those years he served as a hand to hand and weapons combat instructor training over 1000 Marines in the Marine Corps Martial Arts Program. Chris believes health and personal protection are two things everyone MUST have and know.

He enjoys helping others reach their goals and feel better about themselves. Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle, get stronger or simply gain confidence, JP would love to help.
Alexandria Garner has a passion for fitness and enjoys customizing workouts that push her clients to be the best version of themselves. Whether you are just getting started, want to take your workout to another level or just need some accountability, Alexandria is ready to help you. In addition to personal training, Alexandria also teaches group classes at Premiere Lady.
Ryan Bentley is an ISSA certified personal trainer with a passion for fitness and helping others reach their individual goals. Ryan specializes in helping people build muscle, strength, and athleticism in a way that is fun and effective.
