Mitch Rutherford has been personal training for 20+ years. He was a NPC Bodybuilding Competitor for 14 years and still enjoys supporting the sport. He specializes in Muscular Hypertrophy, Fat Loss and Body Transformation. He has many years experience in competitive or general meal planning.
Victor has been weightlifting and bodybuilding for over 11 years. He is an ISSA certified personal trainer. With over a decade of experience in the gym, as well as with nutrition, he is very passionate regarding fitness and general health. As a former Marine Corps infantryman, he can also offer a military approach to fitness, and provide you with the discipline and motivation to achieve whatever fitness goal you may have.

He has been a competitive bodybuilder for over 15 years and pursued his goal of earning his IFBB Pro Card. He specializes in competitive training, bodybuilding and overall general fitness, including but not limited to weight loss, strength training and endurance training. He enjoys all aspects of fitness, including meal planning. In addition to his training, he is the owner of So Fresh, So Clean Barber Shop where he has been a barber for 25+ years.
