He has been a competitive bodybuilder for over 15 years and pursued his goal of earning his IFBB Pro Card. He specializes in competitive training, bodybuilding and overall general fitness, including but not limited to weight loss, strength training and endurance training. He enjoys all aspects of fitness, including meal planning. In addition to his training, he is the owner of So Fresh, So Clean Barber Shop where he has been a barber for 25+ years.

Hi, my name is Brooklyn Turner and I am an ISSA certified personal trainer. I have tried to lose weight several times over the years, but nothing ever stuck. I was finally diagnosed as a pre diabetic and that is when I decided that it was time to make a change. When I first started I did not know much and would only do cardio, but I was not getting the results I wanted so I began to try out weight lifting. I fell in love with weight lifting and the weight started dropping off of me. Along with the weight lifting, I changed my eating habits and began meal prepping. The combined weight lifting and meal prepping helped me lose 110 pounds and I’m no longer in the pre diabetic range. Weight lifting changed my life in so many ways and I hope to help other people in the same way.
